Return, Refund and Cancelation Policy

 

At Ware Dibo, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your items as follows:

Eligibility: Only Hair Tools and Accessories, are eligible for returns. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product (excluding any beauty - body care items, sales and gift cards). Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@waredibo.com with your order number. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once your return is approved, we will provide shipping instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@waredibo.com.

Please note, we do not cover the cost of returns, the customer is responsible paying for the return shipping.

 

Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@waredibo.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Cancellations & Modifications

Once an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations or modifications. Please ensure all details are correct before finalising your purchase.
