Shipping Policy

At Ware Dibo, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below is an overview of our shipping process:

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that delivery times may vary and customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

 

Sent back Orders

UK: If orders are returned to us because they cannot be delivered or are not collected from a pick up shop then we can resend them, we will just need to recharge the standard shipping fee. Alternatively we can issue a refund minus shipping.

Outside of the UK: If orders are returned to us as a result of not paying Tax and Duties or address issues, then we will issue a refund minus any costs incurred to have this returned. We will not be able to issue a refund if the package is not returned to us.
